On the lower floor of the apartment is the spacious lounge, organized in such a way that it can serve as the effective office. Within the lounge there is another bathroom and completely equipped kitchenette.

The apartment has two entrances, one on each floor. The lower entrance is just beside the entrance to the conference room. Depending on the type of meeting, the lounge of the apartment can be easily transformed into the separate working space within the conference room.
The size of the apartment is 4+1 persons, and if used as a comfort lounge its capacity is 6 to 7 persons.
